What We Do
ndividualized Programing for Student
Students get real life, community-based learning opportunities in addition to academic learning support.
School Based Support
Our life coaches assist select students for part or whole day programming in the school setting.
Functional Learning
Students put into practice the academics they have learned in the classroom in real life settings.
Mentoring
We help students identify their road ahead to adulthood by providing them with community-based experiences and placements.

Students are offered the same employment services we provide for our adults.
Pre-Employment
Each individual is screened using an interest inventory to develop a career profile and learn the skills necessary for resume prep, interviewing, completing applications, and employment portfolio.
Job Shadowing & Work Experiences
Each individual visits a minimum of 3 job sites within their areas of interest. They can engage in a more hands-on work experience to ensure appropriate fit after the initial job shadowing experience is completed.
Employment
All job seekers are now ready to explore and take on more meaningful contributions through volunteer commitments or a paying job of their own!
