Helping clients obtain employment is one of our primary goals in helping individuals improve self-worth and feelings of accomplishment.

  • Pre-Employment

    Each individual is screened using an interest inventory to develop a career profile and learn the  skills necessary for resume prep, interviewing, completing applications, and employment portfolio.

  • Job Shadowing & Work Experiences

    Each individual visits a minimum of 3 job sites within their areas of interest. They can engage in a more hands-on work experience to ensure appropriate fit after the initial job shadowing experience is completed.

  • Employment

    All job seekers are now ready to explore and take on more meaningful contributions through volunteer commitments or a paying job of their own!

    We can also help cultivate the best matched home for your needs and provide on-going support to ensure a quality of life for each individual we serve.

My time I spent at LTS was amazing experience with some super awesome people to work with also I wouldn’t be where I am today without them still supporting me even though I don’t go there anymore they teach you the skills you need to live on your own work I have come out of my turtle shell a lot because they had me communicating and stuff that I had never done before.
